10-Day Livestock Guarantee

All of the live items we sell are guaranteed to arrive alive and remain alive for 10 days from the date of delivery. We will reship any live item which does not survive the guarantee period. This 10-Day Guarantee is our promise to you that only the best is shipped to your door.

We must be notified that something did not survive via email within 2 hours of the time FedEx lists on their website as the delivery time. Simply email us at service@AquaticsToGo.com with your order number and the name of the item that did not survive.

In the event an item arrives DOA or you experience a loss within the guarantee period, do not dispose of any dead specimen before speaking to one of our customer service representatives, as you may be asked to return the remains or provide a digital photograph of the item.

If for some reason an item arrives DOA, you can have the item replaced on a future order.
